Can you make sure you send my hat in a box not bag?
Of course, that is what we do anyway! We pack all our caps and hats (baseball, trucker, cowboy, fedoras,
visors) in boxes so as to protect from bending and any damage. Beanies and "soft" items are shipped in mailing bags.
 
How do I get Combined Shipping?
Great question and the one that is most commonly asked. Add all items to your cart using the
ADD TO CART button on the listing and check out all items together at one time.
 

International Customers:

Most items shipped international are calculated by weight. Add all items to your cart using the ADD TO CART button on the listing. 

The total weight will be calculated accordingly.

Items under 4lbs are typically shipped US First Class International.
Items more than 4lbs are shipped US Priority Mail International.
Most wholesale orders are typically sent via UPS in the US, and internationally through USPS.
 

Tracking Numbers
You will automatically receive your tracking number once your order is processed.

We ship with tracking numbers for all domestic US packages, and
also for international packages where USPS offers that service.

A note about tracking numbers for USPS. They are NOT always real
time. We drop off or have packages picked up daily to USPS, but
their scans can often show up late so don't panic if you don't see
tracking activity like this screenshot:

Shipping and Handling Time Frame

It can take 2 - 10 days for items to be delivered in the US. 
Most orders are received by customers within 3 - 5 days!

It can take 2 - 8 weeks for items to be delivered internationally.

Orders placed by midnight are typically processed the next business day (Mon-Fri) and shipped out that day or the following business day - so please bear in mind a 1 to 2 business day handling period.

Note: Orders placed on Friday after 7am PST will be processed on Monday and shipped either on Monday or Tuesday depending on volume of orders.

Weekends - We do not ship on weekends. 
Holidays - We follow all US postal holidays.

International customs and fees, and import duties are responsibility of customer. We do not mark items as gifts or undervalue them.
